This painting comes from another Murwillumbah farm inspired picture; that expresses the heart chakra in full colour of the many greens that the murwillumbah nature region offers.
Looking from the old Pacific Highway, across and past the hidden Murwillumbah town, with Wollumbin (Mt Warning) out of view to the left, and the Great Dividing range in the far distance.
Up close and personal, you will find that this painting also changes mood with the different reflection of the light during the day/night. Several techniques of the artist is displayed in this painting; such as the sky’s illusion of popping out, the change in colours and texture given via the artists style of painting.

This is the photo that is inspiring painting number two of the Mountains Embracing Murwillumbah.
